You Are Not IN Good Hands With Allstate
December 13, 2008

I was in an accident in 2000. I went through years of medication, and treatment. I have been placed on SSI disability for close to 4 years now. I constantly take pain meds, depression meds, and sleep aids. It took me over 6 years to get my day in court. I lost my home, cars, job, and selfrespect. I owed everyone I know money. After stalling me for over six years I was a wreck by then. They made an offer which I took out of fear. After paying my attorney I received approx. $52,000.00. This barely covered my personal debt, and it was way short on my charge card debt, made for survival during this time period. Mr Bolotin was my attorney. He was useless. Provided no council, and said we should take it.
Since it has been over, I realize that I should have received much more compansation. I feel the reason they got away with this is the long stalling tactics they used. They offered $12000.00 when it first happened, and never made another offer for over 6 years. That is my brush with Allsnake! Please beware.
MY POINT IS THEY ARE CORRUPT AND DOING PEOPLE WRONG.
If anyone has insurance with these people please cancel and help spread the word about their wrong doings. The only way to fight large companies is with the lose of accounts and money.
"There is no incentive for insurance companies to do what is right, such as live up to the promises made in their policies. Tort reformers fueled by insurance money think big business and the insurance industry need to be protected against "runaway juries." It's the other way around. Big business and the insurance industry have always been able to take care of themselves. The little people need protection from them. This country was founded on the common law right of the little guy to get into court with his hired gun to fight the oppressor, be it big government or big business. Take that away and we have nothing left. Look around. It's being whittled away, bit by bit, caps on damages here, restrictions on jury trials there. It won't end until we recognize the enemy and join together to take a stand against them. It will take the little people to do this together".
